PressPausePlay is a "A FILM ABOUT HOPE, FEAR AND DIGITAL CULTURE.":
The digital revolution of the last decade has unleashed creativity and talent in an unprecedented way, with unlimited opportunities. But does democratized culture mean better art or is true talent instead drowned out? This is the question addressed by PressPausePlay, a documentary film containing interviews with some of the world's most influential creators of the digital era.

My thoughtz ...
tool: noun - a device or implement, esp. one held in the hand, used to carry out a particular function.
Question: when ordering a pizza, do you really care what oven was used to make it? Personally, I don't care.. I just want it hot, fresh, and awesome.
Some of us give too much credit to the tool... The person who won the marathon must have great shoes, the painter who made the painting must have great brushes, or the photographer who made this photograph must have a great camera.. I'll talk about photography, because I can relate to it the most.
Technology helped improve the tool, which made its functionality faster, more accurate, and more accessible. Cameras are now much easier to use with technology taking care of most measurements & settings.. Great, now photographers can concentrate on where the talent is, composition.
The darkroom also evolved to become software.. No more expired chemicals, no more fumes, no more destructive light leaks. It's computers running software, storing, sharing, and selling photographs over the internet.
Why can't everybody try? Go for it, give it your best shot and express yourself.. The beauty of this evolution is, you'll get more people trying, more people evaluating, and definitely more artists emerging.
