Compete as a Citizen

Philosophically, I'm not into photography or any artistic contest in general, but that's another topic.

However, this contest caught my attention because they restricted it to US Citizens only (while emails sent to the world). I remeber the usual trend being, residents of the US, not citizens. Still, this drives the matter into patriotism and where the contest organizers choose to direct their prizes.

How about our local contests in Saudi Arabia, will we eventually see a nationality restriction?
